  1. Learn one idea

A short lesson explains one skill, shows a worked example step by step, and checks you understood with a few questions marked straight away.

Your part: You read, decide, and check.

  2. Practise it

A task that uses the idea, in coached mode (no clock, guidance visible) or timed mode (a task timer, no hints). Your answers save as you go.

Your part: You answer on your own.

    See the four skills
  3. See what to fix

Reading and listening are marked against a key, with the paragraph or transcript line for each answer. Writing feedback gives you three main priorities, each quoting your own words, plus other things to improve and a review against the four writing criteria.

Your part: You find each point in your answer.

    How the feedback works
  4. Revise, then test it again

You rewrite the part yourself and compare it with the original. Repeated mistakes collect in Review with the lesson for each, and a fresh task checks whether the change stuck.

Your part: You make the change, then prove it on new material.

Illustrative example — the learner work here is invented to show how the steps connect.

Reading lesson · True, False or Not given

“Not given” means the passage is silent, not that it disagrees.

  1. Find the exact claim in the statement, including words like more, all or only.
  2. Look for a sentence that proves it or contradicts it.
  3. If neither exists, the answer is Not given, whatever you know from outside the text.

What it does not do

  • No official IELTS scores
  • Never writes your answer for you
  • Bands in Speaking feedback and full Reading and Listening sections are a practice estimate, not an official IELTS score
