Questions about plans
How does the AI feedback allowance work?
You get 100 AI feedback on the monthly plan. The 3-month plan gives 300 and the 6-month plan gives 600, all at the start. Use them any time in that period. Unused ones end with it. When they run out, you still get 2 a day.
Do longer plans unlock more features?
No. Every plan has the same features. Longer plans cost less each month and give more AI feedback at the start.
Is Free a trial?
No. Free is free for as long as you like, with no card needed: 5 Reading and 5 Listening practice sessions a week, 2 Speaking practice sessions a week, 3 AI feedback a week (shared between Writing and Speaking) and 1 mock exam a month.
Can I cancel renewal?
Yes. Open Manage billing to cancel before the next renewal. Your saved work stays available after Plus ends.
What happens when Plus ends?
If you cancel renewal, Plus stays until the end of the period you paid for. When Plus ends, Free limits apply straight away, including for the rest of that day, and unused Plus feedback does not carry over. Your saved work and past feedback stay available.
Can I get my money back?
Your right to cancel and when a refund applies are explained in cancellation and refund information.
Can I buy Plus in my country?
Ruebex Plus is sold wherever our payment processor accepts payments. The checkout asks for your billing country.
Is this official IELTS marking?
No. Feedback on Ruebex is practice guidance, not official IELTS marking. Ruebex is an independent preparation platform.
