Choose one priority
Start with a point that affects meaning or the strength of your reasoning. Find the exact sentence the feedback refers to. If you cannot locate the evidence, question the feedback before editing.
Write the change yourself
Explain the issue in your own words, then revise the sentence or paragraph. Keep the original so you can compare. A polished replacement supplied by someone else is not evidence that you can make the change independently.
Try a fresh topic
After revising, write a short paragraph about a different topic that uses the same skill. Compare whether the weakness returns. Keep assisted revision and independent practice separate in your notes.
A small check of understanding
Original: “Everyone will use the new park every day.” Evidence available: a survey found that some residents wanted more outdoor space.
